How One Man Used the Holy Grail
to Earn Himself...a Holy Grail!

Support from Hundreds of Peers
Brett had read Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle e-book a couple of years ago. And even though he understood all the information in it, for some reason he was never able to gain any traction with it…on his own.
When he recently got frustrated with his weight, he looked online for answers, but there was so much garbage posted that it was hard for him to see the wood for the trees. Then he came across the Inner Circle and Tom Venuto’s Holy Grail program and he signed up for both.
Now Brett claims, “It’s the best thing that I have ever done. The audios of the Holy Grail were amazing. It was like having Tom as my personal coach. It was better than just reading a book and I realized that Tom had designed a new way of training where the most important part came from the support and accountability of the people within the Inner Circle.
This amazed me because instead of seeing a photo in a book of a person you cannot talk to or cannot see, you had real life people doing exactly the same thing as you.

Plus, Brett’s diet has changed. He can’t even remember what he used to shove down his throat [before the challenge]. Today he enjoys a healthy breakfast, healthy lunch and healthy dinner, along with some healthy snacks during the day. “I heard it takes 30 days to break a habit, and I think the same goes for making one. Now I have an amazing habit of eating well all week and still feeling content with my food intake.”
As Brett worked his way through the challenge, he started off “on fire,” but then he got sick. “Not being able to train really made me sad and upset because all I wanted to do was to get into the gym and work my butt off. Then I got better for a couple of days and got sick again... the feeling was just terrible. I never thought of quitting, but the feeling of being sick right in the middle of the competition drove me insane,” he explains.
“When I got back to the gym, I really pushed myself to do as much as I could in the shorter space of time that I had. It really paid off and my muscles did some gains I didn’t think they would. Looking in the mirror now, I am so proud of my body and all the work that has gone into it. I just would have liked to know how much better I would have done if I had not been sick for almost three weeks.”
When Brett saw his “before” and “after” photos, he was very happy. In fact, he said he looks almost as good as he did on a water polo trip to Hawaii in the 1990’s. “I actually found that I gained more muscle during the challenge, 4kg (8.8lbs) to be exact, and I lost 3.47kg (7.6lbs) of fat. My body looks amazing, and I feel fantastic! “
Brett was even happier when he found out from Tom Venuto that he placed in the Top 10 of Challenge finishers, AND that he won Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle’s first ever Holy Grail Award for having achieved the best body-composition transformation in the contest.
