You have done an excellent job of putting diet, cardio, weights, and motivational aspects together, and you've accomplished it without using a lot of technical terms that the average person would not understand.
I found your manual to be very informative, straight-shooting, and an overall excellent read. I especially like your charts and examples in the back of the manual. They keep me away from the calculator, which is a good thing.
It is refreshing to find someone who isn't pushing magic pills, but rather is educating people with proven methods that you could have easily kept to yourself. I'm so glad you didn't! Keep up the good work!!!
