Wow, I stumbled across your website today. I saw your ads for your e-book and was initially not interested in the least because I know there is a lot of junk floating around the internet from all these so called "experts". I hung in there and read through all the literature on your site and by the end of it I couldn't wait to order your book (my 1st time ever ordering an e-book). You sold me on it when you made it very clear that supplementation for the most part is junk (something I've always said).

I've been reading fitness books/magazines for years and must say that I have never seen anything that even comes close to your book. WOW! You truly have saved me years of trial and error and have helped me save thousands of hours of reading all the junk floating around there! You even have a great skill for presenting "the basics" in a very articulate way that reminds me to stay grounded with them! I've been glued to my screen reading your masterpiece. I am so impressed, I was almost expecting some internet trash e-book when I first started reading it. Boy, was I surprised. This book definitely is extremely detailed and leaves nothing to chance. Tom, I have been wanting to write to you for a while now, but just couldn't get up the nerve. Today, I decided to go ahead with it. Kind of like the day I downloaded BURN THE FAT, FEED THE MUSCLE and decided to "just do it."

My name is Sealy Hargrove. I am female, 45 years of age, am 5'7'' tall, and married with 2 teenagers. I want to briefly share with you how your "e-material" has inspired me. A little over a year ago, I weighed 221 lbs., was frought with health problems and was in a serious depression about my state of being. Up until about age 38'ish, I never had a weight problem. But it came on and it came on with a bang! All of a sudden, it seemed, there I was... big as a barn!

I had already decided that I was going to change my ways and become lean and fit, but I had no idea where or how to start, other than with my diet. I even printed it and put it in a 3 ring binder... and I poured over it. Ha- you should see it. I have highlites and notes all through it. It is still my "bible".

I am thrilled to share with you, that I am now 149 lbs with 23.4% body fat. I have gone from wearing a WOMANS size 18W to a regular size 8. And..... I have muscle tone like I never believed was possible.

By the way, my doctor was stunned at my last physical, this past November. First of all, she couldn't believe it was me, and when the results of my blood work came back, she just stood there with her mouth open. I promise, I'm not making this up... she asked me if I would consider coming to talk to some of her "other" obese patients who are in need of motivation. I haven't yet, but she said she was going to call me.

My newest goal is to get to about 18% bodyfat. If I can do that, and keep it there, I will be the happiest person in the world. And I now know, that by eating properly and being consisitent with my weight training and cardio (aerobics) I will never be fat and miserable again.
