Just thought I'd give you a quick update on how I've been doing. It's been 6 months since I've been on the BFFM diet, and I'm down to 160 lbs and 6% bodyfat, right at my goal! I can't believe it! I started at 12% bodyfat and 180 lbs. I can't believe how ripped I am.

Now I'm attempting to put on about 20 pounds (while maintaining my low bodyfat). I love the looks I get from the girls in the gym. And oh by the way, I've decided to go to Parris Island this summer for Marine boot camp, and I'm confident that with the shape I'm in now, I'll have no problem completing the training. I feel like I can do anything right now! I can't wait to go to college and show off my body and my knowledge of nutriton. Thanks for a great book!

I recently purchased your E-book Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) and have used the techniques with great success. I started fairly lean (around 10%) but have been able to lose even more fat using the method in your book. I have gotten my bodyfat all the way down to about 5% and would now like to transition to gaining mass.

Thanks very much for the book - it has really worked well for me. I went from losing too much lean body mass (LBM) during my previous fat loss attmempts to actually gaining some LBM while losing body fat the same time on your program - which I am ecstatic about because I know how hard it is to do both at the same time.

I purchased your Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) program in May of 2004. Well, let me tell you, it was one of the wisest choices I ever made. I would gladly spend the money I did for your book again to obtain the results, and body that I got.

I am 25, 5'10" and at that time, I weighed almost 190. I wasn't "fat," in fact I worked out quite often. I just wasn't that cut, or lean. All my life I struggled with ways to get rid of my love handles and abdominal fat.

I came across your site while looking for new ways to approach this. I began your program soon after I emailed you, and in about a month, I began seeing some results. I was ecstatic at what I saw, and it just motivated me so much to keep it going.

After about 3 months, I finally obtained the body that I always wanted. I am down to 154 pounds now, and I'm cut. I have the "V" and the 6-pack abs now and it's great.

The funniest part is that everyone outside of the gym (family, co-workers) tell me that I look anorexic. But everyone at the gym tell me that I look great and ask me what my secret was. Well when I tell them about your book, they think I'm crazy for eating the way I do (6 meals a day) and working out like I do.

See, it always comes down to how much you want it. It's that simple. If you want that body bad enough (like I did), you'll be open to hard work. Because that's what most humans have to do to get that body.

Anyway, I just wanted to thank you so much. I went to school for exercise science at UMass Amherst for 4 years and I can honestly say that you're more qualified than most of the professors that taught me about training and nutrition.
