Hi Tom, Pat here. I'm in the process of reading your book "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" for the second time. Thought I'd drop you a line to let you know how impressed I am with it. You present a complicated and difficult subject in an easy to read and, more importantly, understand format. You back up your statements with well researched material and years of personal experience.

I'm a 63 year old male and have been lifting and working out for about 25 years on a consistent basis. I've had an opportunity to read many books on the subject matter yours is devoted to. "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" is by far the best I've read. This material should be read by all - not just bodybuilders and fitness models. Great Job.

Hi Tom: As of today, October 28th, I have dropped my body fat percentage from 14% bodyfat at the end of June, to a lean, six-pack sportin' 6.1%! I cant explain in words just how happy I am!

I just finished reading your book and think it is the best nutrition & fitness book I have ever read. I used to be a personal trainer and think they should use your book as required reading and take a test to obtain your personal trainers license.

I have been following it for the past two weeks and could hardly put it down. I am already down 5 lbs and bodyfat has dropped 1.5% in only two weeks. I always would make the right choices eating, but was unaware how many calories I was actually consuming by not planning my meals.

I have read the South Beach Diet and thought a lot of it made sense, but your book has opened my eyes and I don't think I will ever need to buy any other diet book again. Thanks for the goal setting chapter as well, it has made even more of a difference in my personal life than my fitness program.
