Your Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) book, it's amazing. Really, it is!.
I have been steadily working toward my goal of losing 120 lbs, and I got totally stuck after losing 58 lbs of it. I changed everything -- diet, exercise regimen, and the scale didn't move at all for 6 weeks and it was making me crazy!
So in researching what to do, I found your book, downloaded it, read it, and began applying your suggestions immediately. Now I do my cardio and weight training and I plan each day's meals, following your distribution of calories and carbs.
I've got the hang of it now, and after a 6 week plateau, the scale is finally moving! I've lost 8 lbs in the 3 weeks since I started listening to your advice.
It has taken me a long time to find my right groove for tackling my weight, but I've got it, and I am very happy about that and moving toward my goal.
I just want to applaud you for your wonderful, straightforward, down-to-earth no BS writing on the nuts and bolts of losing fat. Thanks for the good and sensible advice.
