I just wanted to write to thank you SOOOOO much for that great e-book of yours!

When I turned 30 last year it was like my metabolism was turned off like a light switch overnight. For 12 years I've been eating junk food, candy, cakes, soda etc. And a LOT of it. I have always gotten away with it. But last year I gained so much weight that I didn't see it until too late. Over those 12 years I gained 56 lbs in total (15 pounds just in the last year). I suppose 56 lbs. is a lot but with the way I was eating it should have been a lot worse. I wasn't very active working out either.

I bought your program at the end of January and started reading it right away, changed my diet accordingly as I read on, started working out at home (I have a stair-master but I don't even have any weights yet - I got started just doing pushups, situps, etc.), and the results are amazing!

I have already lost 16 lbs in the last 2 months! My energy is the highest its been since I was 20. I was in pretty bad shape when I started, but it only took about a week to get more stamina.

I Thank you very, VERY much for giving all of us out there some hope, positivity and most of all an easy to use guide to a better lifestyle :-)

Feel free to add my "success story" to your site. I have been shouting it at the top of my lungs everywhere around here :-). I even wrote about it on a popular Icelandic women's website (femin.is) along with a link to your page. I want everyone to feel as good as I am feeling right now.

Your Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) book, it's amazing. Really, it is!.

I have been steadily working toward my goal of losing 120 lbs, and I got totally stuck after losing 58 lbs of it. I changed everything -- diet, exercise regimen, and the scale didn't move at all for 6 weeks and it was making me crazy!

So in researching what to do, I found your book, downloaded it, read it, and began applying your suggestions immediately. Now I do my cardio and weight training and I plan each day's meals, following your distribution of calories and carbs.

I've got the hang of it now, and after a 6 week plateau, the scale is finally moving! I've lost 8 lbs in the 3 weeks since I started listening to your advice.

It has taken me a long time to find my right groove for tackling my weight, but I've got it, and I am very happy about that and moving toward my goal.

I just want to applaud you for your wonderful, straightforward, down-to-earth no BS writing on the nuts and bolts of losing fat. Thanks for the good and sensible advice.

I bought your BFFM program and I've already lost 15 lbs. Actually, I lost about 19 in fat, but gained about 4 lean. I'm excited! Still some more to go, but seeing the results have really helped. Tom - I just wanted to give you an update prior to my show (which is 2 days away!!!)

I pretty much stuck to your plan and yesterday at the gym I weighed in at 131 lbs and 11% bodyfat. That means I lost a total of 23 pounds and I'm down 10 % bodyfat! I can't tell you how much your book helped me and I'm really excited about employing more of your methods once the show is over.

Thanks for your advice about sticking it out... No matter how the show goes, I've already won because I set out to do what I wanted to do. I look the best I've ever looked and at age 39, that's saying something!!
