I think this is a great opportunity for me to provide hope and inspiration to others in my age group (42). Here are my before/after body fat caliper pinches:

Tricep - 12 mm
Bicep - 9 mm
Back - 17 mm
Suprailiac - 21 mm

Tricep - 5 mm
Bicep - 3 mm
Back - 6 mm
Suprailiac - 6 mm

As you can see, it's a pretty big drop in body fat. I have been told I have one of the best physiques in the gym. It's hard for me to believe it, but maybe it's true.

I preach about your book frequently when people want to know what I am doing. You teach people the basics, but everyone always seems to want that magic fix. I have been working hard on your system and it has paid off. Like you say, there is no magic fix.

Hi Tom,

Your Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle (BFFM) book, it's amazing. Really, it is!.

I must have visited over a hundred internet sites searching for information about losing fat, getting lean and eating healthy. I've found some bits here and there, but never the complete 'truth.'

Well, I've now definitely found it. The part about the mind, the sub-conscious etc., and how your brain works to achieve goals, it was incredible. Never had any clue that this really could have such an impact on my results. And the complete breakdown of the food, and calorie calculations was something I've been looking for for a long time.

I recently purchased your BFFM program, and I have already implemented your techniques. I am writing this message to commend you for the chapter on goal setting and the special bonus report on self image. For me, the entire purchase price was worth the information contained in those two documents alone.

I had not read anything explaining the proper way to set goals, so my previous efforts in this area were rather ineffective. Also, I did not understand how the self image interacts with the subconscious mind to control behaviors. Your report explained this mechanism in simple, straight forward terms, and now I understand not only why my previous attempts at fitness did not work, I also know how to change those results.
