This week's "weigh in" resulted in good numbers for both Paul (my husband) and I. His body fat is in the mid-15% range and he's down to 158 pounds. He was 173 before BFFM. Mine is in the the mid-16%. I am down to 107.5 pounds! AND, each time I do my weight training, I have been able to do a bit more and improve over the previous workout.
I also was amazed to learn that my cholesterol had dropped about 30 points since it was checked only a few month ago. I give BFFM the credit for that. I went from 172 to 146.
Also, I took a bone density test and I was way above normal there, too. The lady doing the test said anything above a "1" was good for my age, gender, etc. The number she got was 2.19 when she checked mine. She said, "Whatever it is you are doing, keep doing it."
SO, we are just getting all kinds of good numbers... thanks to YOU
Also, Paul's blood pressure has dropped considerably. (His had been running a tad high.) I think the improvement in our diet is the reason... thanks, once again, to BFFM.
BFFM is just working out SO well for us, from every angle! You've made believers out of us, Tom...and if there is anything we can do to help you promote your program, let us know. I already get nearly "evangelical" about it when I am talking to folks who express interest (or, even if they don't, ha ha)
