I wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I downloaded your Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle e-book Sat night 25th Oct just gone.

I have been reading it thoroughly and absorbing every word, I have stuck with the meal plan religiously since Sunday morning and I feel great ! My energy levels at the gym have been awesome. Thursday and Friday of this week doing two cardio classes I thought my feet had grown wings and I was going to take flight...there was no stopping me!

On the scales (which I normally never use), just out of interest as I'm already feeling different after only one week, I jumped on them this morning, Sat 1st Nov, and 1.5kg (3.3 lbs) lost! Nearly fell off the scales! That one little kilo is something which has not moved in two years of training.

Three years ago I had a baby, now that "after baby belly", soft and unmoving, unwavering in any way shape or form, has been a pain in the butt; not even "sucking it in" would make it look any different....this morning was another story. This eating regime is moving EVERYTHING and I'm so happy. I can't express enough in words without writing a book as long as yours! Thanks Tom.

All my girlfriends want to know my secret ! I tell them my secret weapon is you! and I tell them where to find your web site and e-book.

When I read your words about body builders being the most lean people in the world so who's example would it be smart to follow....well of course....ain't that the truth. Have spent my life admiring their bodies and thinking I could never look like that or come even close. Now, it has me thinking in a different light. I can do anything I want with this body. I can't thank you enough for responding to my email -- and so fast, at that. You really do stand behind what you teach and I truly admire you for that. You are definitely a pioneer in your field and a true trailblazer, not being afraid to go against the popular trends.

More importantly, you do your research! It is such an incredible relief to discover someone who is looking for truth ("what works") in a minefield of lies and half-truths. It is extremely evident to me that you honestly care about the people that read your website and book.

I am finding GREAT value in what I have read in your book. Your ideas on motivation are super, super great. So many books today try to give ideas on weight loss, but not many speak on the topic of motivation. You really have distilled some great ideas on the topic.

I also like what you have said on GI. With the popularity of the new book "The South Beach Diet," people are believing that they should avoid certain vegetables like the plague. You reveal the truth. I also found comfort on your comments on the problems of weight loss in this country.

You have chiseled out the bottom line in your book and, boy, do I admire you for having done so.

Hi Tom

I just finished reading BFFM and wanted to tell you it was excellent. I can't imagine what it took to pull all that information together but you did a great job and it's the definitive book in my fitness library.

Over the course of the last six weeks, I lost 13 lbs of body fat and added 9 lbs of lean muscle. Needless to say, I'm pretty jazzed by the whole thing!
